Shipping
Our goal is to ship all orders within 2 Business Days.
Your order is never charged until it ready to be shipped.
Fabric is heavy and you will notice that the postage sticker
on your package is not much less than what you were charged for shipping.
If you are ever charged for insufficient postage, contact us and we will make it right with you.
2nd Day Priority Mail Explanation
2nd Day Priority Mail is a method of shipping your package to you more quickly once it is processed. It is not the way to
get us to process your order faster than normal. If you need us to provide quicker service for your order , please indicate that need in the
Special Instructions / Comments area on the order blank. We will do our best to accommodate your
request for special handling.

If your order is small (less than 8 oz. - a pattern or notion)
and you would like to have it shipped First Class, please make note in the comment section of your order and
will send it accordingly. We will adjust the total of your order for the smaller shipping charge.
International Shipping
For shipments outside the U.S. and Canada we try to use Global Priority mailing
if at all possible, which is a flat rate of $9.00 (US$ ).
Please indicate in the comments section of the order blank which method of shipment you prefer. If nothing
is listed we will contact you to make that determination prior to shipping your order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on all orders for mailing addresses within Nebraska.
Return Policy
Due to copyright rules - patterns and books cannot be returned.
Our policy is that you should be satisfied 100% with your purchases.
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date (postage date). Shipping
and handling charges are not refundable. You must return the item in the same condition in which you received them.
If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand so we watch for it. Please include a note telling
the reason for the return and also include a copy of your receipt. There will be a 15% restocking charge for
fabric that has been cut.
We will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included). If you paid by credit card, a credit will
be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. If you paid by Paypal, a credit will be issued
through Paypal and you will be notified. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check.
We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so you may want to insure your returns. We do not reimburse
the postage needed for the return and we will not accept returns that are sent 'postage due'.
Sale and clearance items are also not returnable.
