Due to copyright rules - patterns and books cannot be returned.

Our policy is that you should be satisfied 100% with your purchases.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date (postage date). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must return the item in the same condition in which you received them.

If you need to return an item, please contact us beforehand so we watch for it. Please include a note telling the reason for the return and also include a copy of your receipt. There will be a 15% restocking charge for fabric that has been cut.

We will credit you for the cost of the item (shipping not included). If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your next billing statement. If you paid by Paypal, a credit will be issued through Paypal and you will be notified. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a refund check.

We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so you may want to insure your returns. We do not reimburse the postage needed for the return and we will not accept returns that are sent 'postage due'.

Sale and clearance items are also not returnable.
